Wisplight

Wisplight terms of use

Last updated: 28 October 2026

These are the rules for playing Wisplight. We have kept them short and plain. By playing, you agree to them.

Who we are

Wisplight is made by Bluedeer IT AB, Olle Edfeldts väg 8, 243 93 Höör, Sweden (company reg. no. 559337-9562, VAT no. SE559337956201). Questions: .

Who can play

Wisplight is for players aged 13 and up. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before you play or buy anything. Younger players should hunt with an adult.

Play safely

Wisplight is played outdoors, in the real world. You decide where you go, and you are responsible for staying safe.

A ghost can turn up somewhere you can't or shouldn't go. You never have to follow it there: let that one go.

Fair play

The leaderboards only mean something if everyone plays fair. So don't:

If we see a faked location or other cheating, we hide your player from the leaderboards and may remove the scores it got that way. You can still play, and you keep what you bought. In serious or repeated cases we may close the player. If you think we got it wrong, write to us and a person will look at it.

Nicknames

Other players see your nickname. It must not:

Players can report names. If a name breaks these rules, we reset it to a made-up one and block it, and you may have to wait before you can type your own again.

Purchases

The game can change

We keep working on Wisplight, so ghosts, items, rules, leaderboards and seasons can change, and some things may be removed. If we ever close the game, we will tell you in the app in good time, and stop selling anything that could no longer be used.

The app

You get a personal, non-commercial right to use Wisplight. Don't copy, sell or rework the app or its content, except where the law allows it. The software and data we build on are listed in the app under Settings → Licences. On iPhone, Apple's standard licence agreement for apps also applies.

If something goes wrong

We do our best to keep the game running, but it can sometimes be unavailable or have bugs. We are not responsible for harm that comes from where you choose to go or how you play, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Stopping

You can stop playing at any time, and delete your data in Settings → Delete my data. We may close a player that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms, we update them here and change the date at the top. If a change matters for you, we will also tell you in the app.

Law and complaints

Swedish law applies, together with the consumer protection of the country where you live. If you have a complaint, write to first. Consumers in Sweden can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se); we take part in its procedure.
